Saurabh Goel brings over three decades of senior management experience across Electrical & Electronic goods, Telecommunications and FMCG. Over the course of his career, he has led multiple business verticals with P&L responsibility – consistently delivering shareholder value by setting businesses on high growth trajectories through rigorous planning, motivated teams and disciplined execution.

In his most recent role at Havells India Limited, a leading electrical and electronics major with revenues of ₹21,500 Cr and market capitalization of nearly ₹1,00,000 Cr, Saurabh served as Executive President & SBU Head for Switchgear & Cables—businesses contributing nearly half of the company’s revenues and profitability. He held end-to-end responsibility for sales and marketing, production, product development and capital deployment. Earlier at Havells, as President & SBU Head – Electrical Consumer Durables, he successfully repositioned consumer businesses such as fans, water heaters and domestic appliances on a profitable growth path, delivering a three-year CAGR of over 30%.

Prior to Havells, Saurabh spent 13 years with Bharti Airtel Limited, where he held multiple leadership roles including CEO for the Assam & North Eastern states circle, COO for Karnataka and Western UP circles, Business Head for Airtel Enterprise Services and SVP – Strategy and Transformation Programs. His leadership at Airtel was marked by operational excellence, market expansion and transformation programs that strengthened Airtel’s position in highly competitive markets.

Academically, Saurabh holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur (1990) and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad (1995). He continues to contribute to academia as a guest faculty with leading business schools, sharing his expertise in strategy, execution and industry transformation.

Currently, Saurabh is actively engaged in advising and mentoring startups in deep tech domains, guiding them right from definition the problem to value generation. He also consults with large and midsized organizations in medical equipment, home internet and consumer durables, helping them scale and grow.

At Valamm.AI, Saurabh serves as Chief Mentor & Advisor, providing overarching guidance on the company’s growth journey.
